Piraeus Agency Solutions
Piraeus Agency Solutions, with Tax Registration Number 997671273, registered with the General Commercial Registry under the number 009621001000, is the main insurance mediation services division and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Piraeus Group. Building on its strategic partnerships with NN HELLAS and ERGO insurance companies, as well as on the expertise of its executives, it supports the Insurance Business operations of Piraeus Bank regarding the management and design of standard Life, Health, Pension and Retail General Insurance products (car, property, civil liability, personal accident), as well as the promotion of such products through the Piraeus Bank branch network.
Piraeus Insurance Agency
On 29/06/2020 the division of “Piraeus Insurance Agency S.A." (“Piraeus Agency”) was completed following the company’s absorption by two Piraeus Bank companies, namely “Piraeus Bank S.A.” and “Piraeus Agency Solutions Single-Member Societe Anonyme for the Provision of Insurance Product Distribution Services and Financial Services" (“Piraeus Agency Solutions”). The transfer of Piraeus Insurance Agency assets and liabilities by absorption by the aforementioned Group companies took place by virtue of total succession. Therefore, Piraeus Agency Solutions was automatically substituted, simultaneously and without any other formality in accordance with the applicable law, as the universal successor of Piraeus Insurance Agency in all the latter’s contractual relations of its customers.
